Rate'nDate (RND) is a subscription based contact and dating service. By using this service you agree to the following:
1. U are 18 years or older and u have the bill payers permission to use this service
2. Your profile, including your photo will be made publicly available and other users as well as the general public will be able to rate you and initiate chats with you and RND has full permission to publish your profile and photo for such purpose. RND has permission to use your profile and photograph in its advertising and promotions.
3. You must be over 18 to use RND and should anyone under the age of 18 be found on RND then RND shall have the right to remove that user and take any further action it deems necessary. Any adult user who knowingly enters a chat with a user that has admitted to being underage will be banned from the site and legal action may be taken. Racism in any form will not be tolerated and racist users will be banned.
4. In the interests of safety as well as quality of service RND reserves the right to investigate any account and user history. Anyone found selling airtime for any purpose on the site shall be banned and RND reserves the right to take further legal action if it deems necessary.
5. RND will not accept any responsibility for the content of the communications between yourself and other users. NB Safety Notice: Be careful when giving out personal details, phone numbers or addresses. Never give out credit card numbers. People who engage in online/mobile communication may not be who they seem. If u do arrange to meet someone, make sure u meet them during the day or in a crowded place & tell a close friend or family member where you are going & what time you expect to return. Always close your browser once you have finished chatting to prevent other people gaining access to your profile on your cellphone. Keep your cellphone with you at all times.
6. RND will not be held liable for any loss, harm or damage incurred by you as a result of using this service and that you agree to indemnify and hold RND harmless in this respect. U will use RND in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. U wont include in your profile any offensive references, or offensive language, or any confidential info of any third person, and u won't post any images containing personal info about others. U wont engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other users to buy or sell any products or services through the site. U wont express or imply that any statements u make are endorsed by us, without our specific prior written consent. U won't harvest or collect personal info about other users whether or not for commercial purposes, without their consent.
7. You take full responsibility for exchanging contact information with other users and with meeting or establishing contact with them and will not hold RND liable for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result there from.
8. RND and its affiliated companies may contact you with regards to promotions.
9. Errors will be billed for
Use of these services implies consent to these terms and conditions. To use the mobile version you need to have a WAP enabled handset and be set up for WAP. RND is not liable for any delivery delays due to network operators.
Rate'nDate Privacy Policy
Rate'nDate is a mobile chat, dating and social networking service. To facilitate meeting people we display personal information to other users which allows our users to identify each other.
You can change your profile information at any time under the "my profile" link. This includes contact settings.

1) Information Collected and Used by Rate'nDate
We collect certain information from you such as your email address and cellphone number to authenticate you and to be able to contact you for example when you receive a new message. We also collect other data you submit including but not limited to: location, gender, age, race and orientation in order to help you find relevant people on the site.
We may also collect non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, handset information and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the site, track usage and improve the user experience. This information also assists us in making the site more secure.
If you upload your picture it will be made available for the community to view and rate. Your email address is used by us to send you site related notifications, updates and news. Your cellphone number will be used by us to contact and bill you.
Please note we do not display your contact information such as your email address or cellphone number to other users. Please use common sense when exchanging such information. We suggest you read our safety tips section to help you with this.
We may also use a user's email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the service.

We use cookies to authenticate you and track you. This for example facilitates auto-login if you have selected it.

You can opt-out of email/sms or other contact from us thr0ugh relevant opt-out mechanisms provided in respective communications.

Rate'nDate reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Rate'nDate or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.
