How do I re-activate my account? If ur account has been de-activated it could be due to insufficient funds. Pls make sure you have sufficient funds in your account for the subscription. Once you have enough credit, login and click on a chat link. U will be prompted to re-activate by clicking the "reactivate" button. NB! If you have ported service providers please go to Ask a question and let us know so we can assist
